How long does our flower arrangement last?
It depends!
Our fresh flower arrangements last up to 4 days, while our artificial flower arrangements may last for years with proper care.
What can I choose in a flower arrangement?
You can choose the type of flower arrangement, greeting card with customized message, wrapping paper/frame colour (when applicable), name beads (when applicable), delivery date, and delivery method.
Can I choose the individual flower type and colour in a flower arrangement?
No, sorry! FM uses omakase system so we will surprise you with the type and colour! However, we will try our best to follow any colour palette requests based on availability.
What is FM Box? Do I have to purchase it?
FM Box is our signature box to ensure safety during flower delivery (aethetic is a bonus!). While it is only mandatory for selected arrangements, we highly recommend purchasing the FM Box.
How does FM handle deliveries? Am I able to do self pick-up?
FM uses third-party instant delivery courier for Jadetabek area to get your flowers to your door as quickly and safe as possible. Most deliveries are by motorcycle, but you can request deliveries by car. Self pick-up is available at our Jakarta and BSD branch during operational hours.
Can I send flowers outside Jadetabek area?
Yes!
