A few things to know before we bloom together.

50% Deposit Required
A 50% deposit is required to secure your event date.
2
Booking Window
Orders must be placed at least 5 days before the event date.
3
Design Revisions
Any revisions must be submitted no later than 3 days before the event.

Rental Duration
Rental decor is valid for 4 hours. Additional hours are charged at Rp100,000/hour.

Security Deposit for Self-Service
Artificial & Mixed rental decor collected without Flowermail installation requires a 50% refundable security deposit. The deposit will be returned within 3 days after the event if no damage or loss occurs.

Delivery & Transport Fee
Delivery and transport fees are calculated separately based on venue location and are not included in the prices above.
